Fees
Notary fees for the performance of notarial acts are established in the Notary Fees Act. Notary fees are determined either as fixed rates, frame rates, or depending on the transaction value. Fees for the provision of notarial services are agreed upon with the client.
For entries in the land register, marital property register, commercial register and other registers, state fees established in the State Fees Act are charged.
