Apostille
From 1 January 2010, in Estonia apostilles on public documents are issued by notaries.
To certify a document with an apostille the following documents must be presented to the notary either in person or by mail:
• written application (
application form) and
• the document on which the apostille will be issued.
The fee for issuing an apostille on a public document is 22.35 EUR plus VAT and, if sent by post, cost of the postal service.
